Data deletion request

You can ask for the deletion of the personal data Tablia processes at any time and at no cost. Once we receive and validate the request, we delete or anonymise the data we do not have to keep in order to meet a legal, regulatory or contractual obligation.

This is a translation. The binding version of this document is the Portuguese one, published at tablia.com.br. It carries the same version number — the version identifies the document, not the translation. Where the two diverge, the Portuguese text prevails.

First of all: who answers for your data

If you requested a quote from a store, the store decides about that data — it is the controller, and Tablia only processes on its behalf. You can still send the request here: we forward it to the store responsible and let you know. Talking to the store directly is usually faster.

If you use the platform inside a store or filled in the form on this site, we are the controller and we handle it directly. The distinction is detailed in the Privacy Policy.

The form

Fill in only what we need to find your data. We ask for nothing more — and please do not send us documents through this form.

We will use it to reply.
If that is how you talked to the store.
What is your relationship with Tablia? *
If you know it. It helps a lot in finding the right record.
What do you want? *
The quote code, an approximate date, or which data specifically. Optional.

The request goes straight to our Data Protection Officer, Carolina Porto, at [email protected]. By submitting it, you declare that you are the data subject or their legal representative.

What happens next

  1. 01

    You send it

Fill in the form and submit. The request lands directly in our Data Protection Officer's inbox, with the date and the version of the policy you accepted.

  2. 02

    We confirm receipt

An automatic email arrives at once, saying the request is in and what comes next. It is not the answer — it is proof that it arrived.

  3. 03

    We confirm who you are

We may ask for one extra piece of information only the data subject would know. It protects you: without it, anyone could erase someone else's data.

  4. 04

    We act and tell you

We delete or anonymise whatever we do not have to retain, and we explain what was kept and under which legal obligation.

Deadline. We answer within 30 days. Where the law sets a shorter deadline, that one prevails — as with a request to confirm processing and to access the data, which the Brazilian data protection law (LGPD) puts at 15 days, or answers immediately in simplified form.

What we cannot delete

The law guarantees deletion, but it is not absolute. Some data has to be kept, and in those cases we say exactly what and why:

  • records required by a legal, tax or regulatory obligation
  • data needed to perform a contract in force
  • access logs, for the period set by Brazilian internet law
  • information needed for the regular exercise of rights in legal proceedings

When data has to be kept, we assess whether anonymisation solves it — it breaks the link to you and preserves the record. Retention periods are in section 9 of the Privacy Policy.

Tablia and the LGPD

We process personal data under Brazilian Law 13,709/2018 (LGPD). In practice that means a defined legal basis for each purpose, collection limited to what is necessary, a contract with every supplier that processes data on our behalf, and a publicly named Data Protection Officer — Carolina Porto — as a direct channel to you and to the Brazilian data protection authority.

Besides deletion, you can request confirmation of processing, access, correction, portability, information about sharing and review of automated decisions. All of them are described in section 11 of the Privacy Policy.
