The product
Quoting jams the store because someone has to read the list, find every item in stock and type it all again. Tablia does that part. Your salesperson comes in at the end, to check and to sell.
Book your demoThe path of a quote
Through your store's page, in whatever shape the list already has: a photo of the paper, the architect's PDF, the budget spreadsheet or text pasted into the field. They give a name and a WhatsApp number and, if they want, pick the salesperson who usually serves them.
The list is read item by item, with quantities. Each one is looked up in the store's inventory by meaning, not by exact text — “50kg Portland cement” finds the product even when it is on file under another name.
The quote arrives assembled in the dashboard. The salesperson swaps a product, adjusts a quantity, removes what does not fit, generates the PDF and sends it over WhatsApp. What they do is review — not type it from scratch.
From list to quote
Nobody is going to reformat a list to fit your system. So Tablia takes the material as it arrives — and reads a structured file just as readily as a photo of a piece of paper.
Every item comes out with its quantity. Whatever falls outside is flagged, never invented.
A handwritten list is the one exception. Reading it is not reliable enough to become a price, and a wrong price costs more than a refused quote.

Matching your inventory
They write the way people talk on the building site. Exact-text search breaks right there — and that is where most of a salesperson’s time disappears.
Every product in the inventory becomes a 768-dimension vector. The lookup is by closeness of meaning, with an HNSW index in PostgreSQL — what the customer wrote does not have to match what is on file.
The same product goes by several names in the region, on the site and in your catalogue. Each item carries its own list of aliases, and all of them are searched.
Among the candidates for each item, the order shown to the salesperson is decided by AI and tuned by the preferences observed in the store's earlier choices.
An item that was asked for and is not in stock is not hidden. It is counted and shown as missing, both in the quote and in the dashboard list.
Inventory
The quality of a quote depends on the inventory being current. So updating it has to be minutes of work, done by whoever runs the store — not an integration project.
CSV, XLS or XLSX, dragged onto the screen. No formatting beforehand and no template of ours to follow.
Tablia proposes how your file's columns map to the system's fields — code, name, unit, price. You check it and change whatever you disagree with.
The file is analysed before it replaces the inventory. You see how many items went in and how many were left out, with the reason, before confirming.
Every version you upload is archived with its date. Updating a price does not erase what was there before.
The salesperson’s dashboard
Every quote shows its code, date, customer, how many items were asked for and how many were missing. And it carries two statuses, because those are two different questions.
System status
The status change appears on screen in real time, without reloading the page.
Deal status
This is the number that answers how many quotes became sales — and which ones stalled.
Search products by name or code, swap what Tablia suggested, add what was missing, remove what does not fit. The last word is always the salesperson’s.
Customer asked for a change? Generate another version of the same quote. The previous one is marked superseded, and nobody negotiates over an expired price.
The quote becomes a PDF carrying the store’s identity. The link goes out over WhatsApp with the message already written — including the one for chasing a customer who went quiet.
Running the operation
Two roles with different reach. The owner manages the store, the inventory and the team; the salesperson works the quotes they handle.
Name, logo, address, WhatsApp, description and a free text block that goes out on every quote PDF — payment terms, delivery lead time, whatever your store needs to say.
Each quote has its own code and version. The customer can look it up by that code at any time, without asking again.
Each store has a monthly processing limit set in the contract, tracked day by day. No surprise at the end of the month.
How it is built
You do not need to understand any of this to use Tablia. But if your IT team asks, the answer is right here.
Let’s talk
In the demo we use a real quote from your store. It is the fastest way to find out whether Tablia can handle what you sell.
